Henriette Steffensen Copenhagen was founded in Denmark in 2003 and has since chosen to focus on lifestyle over fashion. The brand creates high-quality clothing – designed to last for many years and to be combined across collections and with what you already have in your wardrobe. Many designs remain a favourite many years after purchase.

The collections are “all year round” – without the usual sharp division into seasons. The colour palette is soft, calm, and classic – inspired by earth, wood, stone, water, and sand – supplemented with powerful colours that add an edge to the look.

Fleece, jersey, and NO WASTE

Fleece has always been an important part of the collections, and the brand has never stopped developing the Italian and Portuguese-produced fabric. All styles are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100-certified. The brand's special NO WASTE label is a limited edition produced from remnants of the main production – concrete evidence of the ambition to minimise waste.

In 2019, Carl By Steffensen was launched – a men's collection of fleece sweaters, hoodies, cardigans, and accessories with the same DNA. Both brands are produced in carefully selected factories in Europe.
