The Nuit Organic Cotton Set is a pyjama set made of 100% organic cotton, featuring traditional Indian block prints. The pyjamas include a comfortable and regular-fit long-sleeved shirt. The shirt has a button-front closure, a small collar with rounded edges, and contrast-coloured piping along the collar edge and front placket.
The trousers have a comfortable regular fit with elastic inside the waistband. The pyjamas are offered as a set and are available in two sizes.Made with handmade block print, a traditional craft technique from India. Wooden blocks are hand-carved and used like stamps. The blocks, made from wood such as teak, sycamore, and pear, are hand-carved into countless intricate designs. The blocks are dipped in dye and hand-pressed onto the fabric. This process is repeated until the length of the fabric is complete. Precision is demanded from the Indian artisans to ensure a perfect finish. No machines are involved in this printing technique, only human hands, which create small variations and imperfections, making up the charm and uniqueness of this process.
