Coffee Beanies - Ida Knit - Green - Onesize

Ida knitwear is essential to Coffee Beanies' product range. Hand-knitted (of course) with beautiful raglan shoulders. Light and airy in brushed alpaca wool from Italy.
The Ida knit is handmade by women in Burundi as "work as the solution". Surrounded by her children, the woman can earn a week's food for the whole family from home by creating it. Each knit is therefore unique and may vary slightly from one knit to another. African craftsmanship is the foundation of Coffee Beanies' identity.Quality: Alpaca is the best source of wool. It is gentle on its environment, drinks very little water and only eats the outermost twigs over a large area. The wool is the most temperature-regulating wool of all. So it is perfect for our changeable weather. At the same time, it retains water up to 40% of its own weight without losing its ability to keep you warm. The yarn for the sweaters is brushed wool with alpaca wool and sheep's wool and some polyamide or nylon to give the products durability for many uses.
Size: Medium - Knitters aim for the following measurements: 55 cm wide and 60 cm long. The sleeves are slightly longer than standard.
