The Anil Jacket is a feminine jacket with a loose, relaxed fit, made from soft cotton corduroy. It has a slightly shaped neckline and fastens at the front with buttons and elastic loops, giving it a delicate, handmade look.
Inside, the jacket is lined with a beautiful screen print, offering a little "surprise" detail when opened. The soft, rounded lines are accentuated by delicate edging/bindings along the silhouette.
As a finishing touch, the jacket is decorated with poetic artwork of birds and a growing heart, created with intricate Suzani embroidery (chain stitch) performed by Indian artisans using a tambour needle. Each style is therefore unique, and slight variations may occur – this is part of the charm of Suzani.
